Basilisk V3 revision differences?

I have a recently purchased RZ01-04000100-R3M1, but I noticed the Razer store has just changed it to RZ01-04000100-R3U1. What's the difference? Does anyone know? oh apparently it's just regional differences. nevermind ok now they're selling both in the uk store? separately?

    As you noticed it's just different region. It can has different box, nothing more. Maybe they're on shortage of R3U1, so they imported it from another region.
