Razer Kraken TE - Mic too low, nobody can hear me

Hello. I'm asking help to the community because razer support seems that they won't answer my questions... I bought the razer kraken tournament edition headset, but my microphone is so much low, my friends can barely hear me on discord, and i dont understand why. I've tried many things, but nothing solve my problem. If anybody can help me, i would be grateful
