New Razer Blade 15 Speaker Issue - Left louder than right

Hi All, I'm new to the Razer community and just bought my Razer Blade 15 Base model (2020) from Best Buy last week. I love this laptop and am hooked on it! The only issue I have is that right out of the box, the left speaker seem to be noticeably louder, crisper, and fuller than the speaker on the right. I've already tried updating all drivers, no fix. My question: Is this how the Blade is supposed to be? Are the speakers supposed to be unbalanced? I know I can just go into RealTek Audio Console and set the balance so they are balanced (Setting it to 3 on right speaker which I've done for now), but for my expensive purchase, I would think the speakers should be balanced out of the box and have both speakers be the same volume, crispness and fullness. Lastly, I have the GeekSquad 3yr warranty. Should I just exchange it for another one? I'm still in the 2 week full exchange until Tuesday, so I've got some time. What do you all think? Thanks!
