Ripple Effect Only Activated by fn

Synchrocyy

I wanted to change the color on my keyboard to the ripple effect, and no matter what keys I select or change the color on only the fn key activates the ripple. I have no clue what's going on and was hoping someone could help.

I have the same issue, no clue why it won't work on the other keys.
