I bought a Razer BlackShark v2 pro and didnt receive any activation code to use 7.1 surround application. What nonsense is this? How can I get my activation code for my product?

carCadetBluepoly625Please be aware that the Razer Blackshark V Pro's setting any only be tweaked via Razer Synapse 3.0. It's only available to the newer versions, namely the Razer Kraken 2019, Kraken X, Kraken X USB, Kraken V3 X, and Blackshark V2 X.
