HOW do I reach support?

Hey bud, unfortunately the link you have there is the only way to contact support as of now. I understand you want to get the good old “submit a ticket” option. So this is how you would get there:

First fill up the page under “contact reason”.. After selecting the issue affecting you and sign some checkboxes and click on the “contact support” box at the bottom. you will be greeted with the two option “ chat or call” press chat, fill in ur details, answer some questions and you will be offered two option, submit a ticket or talk to an agent.

now there, i agree its very slow but this is the way now 

When I log in it does give me option to submit a case and I’ve done so for small queries.

Obtain a Razer account first then:

https://mysupport.razer.com/app/account/account_overview

Click Submit case

Scroll to bottom for contact reason

Enter your serial number

Then next screen gives you choices of chat, telephone or submit case. 

Currently mice require the method I mentioned. Other item might still have the submit a ticket option. But soon they will all disappear and merge with chat function
