Top keys all of a sudden stopped?

For some reason, the escape key, the tidle key, the function keys, the print screen key, and the screen lock key all just stopped working at the same time on my Cynosa V2 keyboard. Is there an option or something on the keyboard that caused this to happen?

Thanks for posting your concern to our support board. When did the issue start to occur? Does the issue happen when Synapse is closed or disabled? Please connect your keyboard to a different computer and check if it behaves the same. Make sure you are connected directly to a USB port, not on a hub.

Same thing happened to me 2x now, reset the 1st time worked, now it doesnt. It started happening when i loaded up a new game. Its acting as a function lock across all top keys. Synapse or not it does the same thing.
