kraken TE wont connect to synapse

need help, tried about everything in support forums currently in chat with razer support but not being very helpful

Hi there! Was everything covered? How's your Kraken TE?

They made me package up the code to see what was going on and they never got back to me, it's been more than a month. The kraken te is fine I guess, i cant use it properly but I found out if I dont have razer installed I can actually use it as a headset, but that means I miss out on a lot of functions especially since I also have a razer mouse and keyboard

Sorry for the mishap. I agree with that. The Razer Synapse features can be controlled via Razer Synapse 3.0. And yes, the provided support could have done better. Please send me a PM together with your email address or case number so I can check its history. Let's continue from there.
