Kraken Pro Ringing in Left Ear

I've had my headset for maybe three years now with frequent use. Put it on this morning and it started to ring, a high pitch constant whine. I don't see any fixes in a forum, so I have some questions as to whether it is just time for a new headset or if there are fixes people have come across. Checked to see if it was audio issue from computer. Turned audio off, whine persisted. As soon as the headset is powered it starts to whine. Very low volume but definitely noticeable, and quite annoying. Synapse doesn't have anything to help ofc.
