Were you able to test the keyboard by plugging it to another USB port or another computer to isolate the issue? I'll appreciate it if you can post a video of the said issue.

Mine (Blackwidow Chroma) acts similarly, it acts like as some keys were pressed... one- or more of the following ones: CTRL, SHIFT, ALT, "D","E", ESC. Pressing the relevant keys _sometimes_ makes it go away... I've tried it with- and w/o synapse, I've forcibly removed windows' own drivers as well as razer's, I've even wiped all my drives and did a clean reinstall of the OS, nothing has changed....

I've managed to capture what is happening with a key-tester: (https://ibb.co/rHYgmXx)

A little update: after exhausting almost every option on troubleshooting the device, Razer advised me to get a replacement keyboard. This is so disappointing -- for several reasons: 1.) First of all: "For Gamers. By Gamers." <- This motto suggests premium items. (The price also suggests that....) 2.) I would expect a premium accessory to work reliably for more, than 2 months. 3.) I would also expect said item to be built using adequate materials. (Remember the wheel in the first iteration of the Naga? I do, as I've replaced the mechanism myself, 'cuz if I send it back with RMA, chances are I'll get a new one, which is built from the same, cheap shite, and I don't want to send my input devices back to Razer every month or so, do I? 4.) Am I the unlucky one, or does Razer basically scam people? Sorry if this seems a little too salty, but I bought 2 Razer devices and both failed after a very short time, and so far, my investigation only encourages me not buy from Razer ever again....
