RzSDKServer.exe crashes every 5 minutes

Mouse has locked up AGAIN while playing TF2. I checked the Event Viewer and the Razer Chroma SDK Server (service) has been crashing every 5 minutes over and over again, all day, every day. RzSDKServer.exe - ucrtbase.dll - Event ID: 1000 Razer Chroma SDK Server - Service Control Manager - Event ID: 7031 Synapse 3 - 3.5.1030.101917 Mamba Elite with Ambient Awareness and Audio Meter in Chroma Studio W10 64-bit Nvidia GTX 1650 457.09

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Please send me the Razer Synapse 3.0 logs by using our Synapse log collector. Save the compressed files via Google Drive or to any online drive account then paste its link in your PM. Let's continue from there.

Wow, it's been over a year of constant problems with Synapse and this is the first time I've been directed to an actual method to send logs. (Besides Synapse Feedback, which fails over and over again anyways.) Really, though the Synapse Feedback log collector should actually work without 50 retries.

Hey! Thanks for the feedback. The logs should be in your Razer ID cloud server. The Support Team wants to ensure that the logs will be gathered in this method for easier access. Let's continue via PM so I can further assist. I'll wait for your follow-up.
