Razer Kraken Kitty keeps restarting and losing audio

Hi, i bought razer kraken kitty a month ago and i thought problem will fix but i didn't find any solution. When i'm ingame or watching something, headphones keeps restarting and losing audio and when i unplug the usb and put it back in, it's okay for some time and it restarts again. I changed usb ports, reinstalled razer synapse and nothing..

It's a known issue with no solution, apparently. Mine do the same thing. Support will say it's hardware, send out a new headset and the new headset does the same thing. I bought a second one and have the same issue as the first.
