Razer Mamba Wireless not Connecting to 2.4 GHz Wireless Dongle

The mouse itself turns on and lights up, and the profile switcher button works. However with the dongle plugged into the USB socket the mouse is completely unresponsive (does not move the cursor, doesn't click etc.). It is also undetected by synapse. If I go into Device Manager then it recognizes the dongle is plugged in, but still the mouse is unresponsive. It does however work perfectly fine wired. I've tried everything from Reinstalling synapse, deleting and reinstalling drivers, updating firmware etc. I found a "Wireless Pairing Utility" on the Razer Support Website but the download link to it seems to be broken. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
