Razer 7.1 Surround sound driver not installing.

I recently bought kraken x headset and installed the 7.1 audio. It was all fine then but i had to uninstall the driver because of some other mic issue. Now even though I reinstall the razer surround sound app it there is no 7.1 being installed in my laptop. Any solution? Since i dont have the driver i am unable to use the 7.1 potential of my headset. Please help. Thanks!

Let's try to fix this by following the steps from this thread. If the issue persists, send me your Synapse logs by following this guide. You can upload the files on Google Drive and send me the sharable link via PM. Here's how to find the shareable link for the files: 1. Open a file in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides. In the top right corner, click Share. 2. Click "Get shareable link" in the top right of the "Share with others" box. 3. To choose whether a person can view, comment, or edit the file, click the Down arrow next to the "Anyone with the link." down arrow icon. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
