My New Razer Huntsman V2 Analog keyboard isn't saving it's profiles

As the tital says is my new Razer Huntsman V2 Analog keyboard not saving my profiles as in the things i change in the profile itself isn't saving, idk what is triggering it, but it usually happens 1-2 times a day and also sometimes crashes my razer synapse 3 when i try to change it back to what it's supposed to be like, Any help? are others experiencing the same as me? ohh yeah btw i'm on a Nordic keyboard layout

    You can try to perform a clean reinstallation of your Synapse. But if the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your keyboard and gather your Synapse logs by following this guide. You can upload the logs on Google Drive and send me the sharable link. I can use those to verify the model of your device and take a closer look at what's happening to your app. Let's continue from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
