Razer Cortex time not counting


I am the only person in the Squad time is not counting. I have tried everything. Restarted my PC, restarted cortex, restarted the game as well

  • Please exit Razer Cortex.
  • Restart 'Razer Game Manager Service' in 'Task Manager'-'Services'.
  • Launch Razer Cortex again.
Then, play the game for at least 5 minutes, and check on the leaderboard to see whether the gameplay time is tracked. If this issue persists, please feel free to provide us with your Cortex logs for further investigation. I have PMed you a guide to help you collect and upload your Cortex logs.
