cant put shipping addresss to sweden and billing address to germany?

Im a german and i live in gemrany and my boyfriend is swedish. Its unfortunate that i cant buy him a keyboard in time for his birthday because Germany is not a drop down option on the Razer Europe site? Once you type in details for the shipment, you need to put a phone number.. every country code is there except germany. Then later you need to put the shipping address; its easy to enter his address in Sweden here, but later when i need to put my home address as the billing address Germany is once again not an optinon on the drop down so I cannot put in the rest of my address.If I was Danish I would be able to buy a gift for someone in sweden.. so why is Germany not on the list? This makes no sense to me
