Good night guys! i'm brazilian and i don't speak english very fluently (sorry for the mistakes) I have a problem with my headset, I can not control the sensitivity of my microphone, I do not know why else it appears as a disabled option! please could someone help me in this case ?? when i'm calling the person hears the voice of my wife who is on the other side of the house !! Thank you !!

    Do you have any other app on your pc that can control your microphone? I had similar issue with the mic volume.
