Any chance the issue with side thumb buttons not working at random times? it seems to me its the Synapse Program? i end up having to take the side panel off really quick and putting it back on or restarting Synapse mid game causing a lot of frustration because buttons at random will stop working

    thats a mouse problem that usually happen when the panel are in bad contact

    Could, maybe gently wipe the contacts or wipe is an alcohol swab.

    Hi @ImperiaL_vIv, this is usually caused by bad contact. If cleaning the contacts of both the side panel and the mouse(unplugged of course) does not help, send me a PM so I can help you troubleshoot.
