Basically one thumb grip pad on my deathadder elite came off and other one is peeling. I've already tried warranty and they said no. all I want to know is how many other people have problems like this with razer mouse's, cause if so I wont get another razer mouse. But if its just an anomaly in my mouse ill take that into account

I had my Deathadder Chroma and Elite since the day they came out and never had this issue. It must have been somewhat common though since the new V2 doesn't have these rubber grips anymore. Maybe it's just certain people who grip it differently or have a very humid or dry house, not sure.

I also didn't had any problem with peeling pads. Try to glue them up, or you can buy new on aliexpress.

I have heard people able to warranty this issue so press the customer support rep that other people have had this issue as well and they should honor the warranty.

Could you send over your ticket number via PM? I'd like to check why your RMA was denied.
