My Nari ultimate is randomly disconecting

About every ten minutes my headphones randomly disconnect and reconnect about 1 to 3 times and It keeps happening every single day and I have no idea of what to do I have already tried putting my usb dongle in different ports and nothing has worked.

We tried troubleshooting this back in February, no? We might have to resort to an RMA if the problem persists. Ping me on the same PM thread so I can make arrangements.
