Razer blade 15 advanced touchpad becoming harder to actuate

So i had got this Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2019(late) 1 year ago, and recently my touch pad has become very hard to press down (theres no more click). Is this normal? I haven't been able to confirm if the battery is swollen because the screws are too tight underneath.

You should open it or send it back for checking if you couldn’t. Don’t use it if you’re thinking that has battery bulging issue, beside dangerous it might also break other parts inside that make thing worse.

Sadly my razer care has expired about 10 days ago, back when the issue wasn't present. And i currently require a laptop to stay on top of my work.

If you’ve Razer care considering you’ve Blade 15 it should still be valid since it’s 3 years protection, however battery since it’s consumable product, not quite sure it covered the battery defective but rise support ticket to ask is free and worth the try. If you need to use the laptop, it can still be used without battery, using the swollen battery might damage other parts that made things even worse.

@AlesteirHo Please don't hesitate to send me a PM when you're ready to send the laptop in for repair. You can also start a repair ticket from here.
