Synapse API
I have a mac, and my razer products work pretty good for the most part. I can't user RS3 because it doesn't have a download for mac, so I am stuck with RS2. Its fine except for the fact that it will stop registering my keyboard and mouse. I am getting really tired of having to trouble shoot it and trying to get it to work again.
Is there a way that I can create my own "Razer Synapse" or get access to the api so that I can fix it on my own?? I have emailed support before with no response, so I feel they have don't have time to worry about Mac Users

MARCASITESmokeretro664Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse concern. And yes, the Razer Synapse 2.0 is available to Mac OS up to 10.14 only. By the way, do you have a case number? Also, have you done clean re-installing the Razer Synapse 2.0 by following the steps here? I would suggest sending your feedback to our devs a through Synapse app or by posting it to this thread.
