Razer Mamba wireless 16,000 (2018) - please help

hello everyone, I have the new mamba wireless mouse, unfortunately i have tried everything to fix this mouse, the dongle seems to be broken, when i plug it in my computer my mouse moves at 5fps where as my touch-pad works just fine, i have tried multiple USB slots and even other PCs they all get the same results, (with razer synapse installed and not installed), also after about a min of hoping it will eventually pic up a good connection the pc gets laggy and the keyboard stops working the keys turn into alphanumeric keys and the shif/ctrl keys are auto pressed so i have to restart the PC this happened on the other PCs too.. is there any way to fix the dongle? maybe downgrade the firmware? (i have the latest firmware update in my mouse and dongle) please help

    Hello! Can you share a short video of the issue? Also, have you tried to do a reinstall of Synapse? Let me know.

    unfortunately the video file of me screen recording is too bit to post on this thread. i have uninstalled tried and nothing, reinstalled, tried nothing.. all same issues, mouse drastically lagging sometimes not even moving then i lose control of all keys, they even change what they are supposed to be so have to restart, i even tried multiple USB slots as i mentioned before and other PCs.. i believe the chip in the actual dongle is broke, wired the mouse works perfect.
