Razer Raiju Ultimate sticks problem

I bought the controller about 4 weeks ago, but the controller is ever since I bought it not responding normally, it responds very late and longer or shorter than I actually pressed it. I have the latest update and reset my controller but the problem doesn't go away. I mostly use Bluetooth, but even when I use the USB cable the is still there, just slightly less. Is there any way to make this problem go away?
