My Razer Ornata Chroma shift key doesn't respond correctly to the letter q

So I'm not sure when this issue started, I bought this product like 2 months ago. Everytime I hold down shift + q nothing happens. But when used on the other keys they go into the big letter right away. it's starting to get really annoying now. I've gone through what feels like all the support pages, can't find anything that either relates or could help me with my problem. I've removed the key to make sure there isn't any dust under it that would interfer, done the updates, removed and re-installed synapse, the classic "restart your PC without the keyboard plugged in", checked the macro page, clicked on the key to see that it's active or not. And the result is always the same. So if anyone got any other ideas, I'm all ears.
