Having trouble with viewing order status

After ordering a razer product, I was sent an email containing a link to my order status. Here's what it looks like below. https://i.imgur.com/yeLcgdY.png The picture above contains a message with a link attached to the word "here". It directs me to the site that looks like this --> https://i.imgur.com/BIpDgV8.png I thought it was pretty weird, because this wasn't the 1st time I ordered from razer. In my previous order, I was given the same type of email where I was given a link to my order status (same as the 1st picture). When I clicked on it, it directed me to FedEx. There I saw my order status. For this order, however, the link directed me to the 2nd picture. When I tried to log in, it said invalid password. I was like 99% sure of what my password was. The 1% means a difference in capitalization. I tried all possible passwords and still invalid. Anyway, I clicked on "Forgot Password" and set a new password by following all the steps. When I tried logging in, it still displayed invalid password. In the 2nd picture, I already tried filling up both methods of checking my order status a dozen times. Still no sign. I was thinking maybe someone out here knows how to fix this.
