Razer Base Station Chroma USB cable length too short - solutions?

The length of the USB Cable on my Base Station is way too short for me to place it where I want to on my table, and i was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and found a solution for something like that? I mean, I get that the obvious solution would be to find some sort of a USB extension hub or cable, but I'm concerned as to what actually works in order to power the hub itself for Chroma and the 3 USB 3.0 ports. Would be great if someone who's using some sort of an extension for this to share what product they're using to do so or anyone who can let me know what I should be looking out for in such a product.
