Razer 2 doesnt recognize battery or usb and in bootloop

my phone does not recgonize usb for charging or for usb to the computer or anything and it only can be charged once its died and it boot looops to its bootloader over and over. did it all night last night and got only to about 50 percent. any idea what this might be?
