Keyboard Not Working With Chroma Studio

I have a Razer Blacwidow Chroma Stealth from 2017, and I haven't used it for about a year. I plugged it in, opened Chroma Studio in Synapse 3 and only my mouse (Naga Chroma) was shown. I went to lighting settings under the "Keyboard" tab and the quick settings still worked, yet I could not fully customize it in Chroma Studio. When I unplugged my mouse and opened Chroma Studio again, it gave a message saying "No compatible devices detected. Please connect a Razer Chroma device or enable "Chroma-connect" In supported thrid-party device software." I reinstalled Synapse as well as the drivers for my keyboard, as recommended in another thread I found. Nothing seems to work, and nowhere have I found somebody with the same issue as mine. If somebody has a possible solution for this issue, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Synapse 3 support both devices so this is highly likely a software issue. Can you share screenshots of how the keyboard and the mouse appear on the Device Manager and on the app?
