I have a new Deathadder V2 mouse, and created two profiles, a default and one for a game i play regularly. Once or twice a day, i find my buttons arent working properly and the reason is that a new profile was spontaneously generated with different settings. Why on earth is it doing this?

The randomly generated profiles are highly likely obsolete versions of the cloud-saved profiles stored locally on the PC. You will want to perform a clean installation of the app by following this guide. Do send me a PM should you need further assistance.
