Surface calibration won't work

Could you elaborate as to what exactly happens when or after running the calibration tool? By the way, was it working before?

I only had the possibility to select razer mat but i don't use my goliathus as the friction with hand is wrong, the possibility to calibrate wasn't even shown there (in support page it's said it will). Then i reseted mouse holding left+right+wheel as the utility says. Then this checkbox (i assume) stopped working too...

The Abyssus V2 does have access to the calibration tool. We may have to try to clean install the entire app to get this to work. Do PM me the serial number of your mouse so I can look into model-specific solutions.

I did reinstalls. Ok I PM'ed you with serial. However I hope that it's not that how the company is stimulating surface sales and it's just the feature had some issues or the software itself... Ty, have a good day :)

I don't know about stimulating surface sales, but I'm pretty sure the feature works. I can personally attest to this as I use this a lot when traveling. I'll be checking the PM in a bit.
