Blackwidow elite on mac 10.14 malfunctioning

Random inputs get inserted into my mac after pressing certain keys like 's'. No damage to the keyboard, used it for 4 days and yes I did restart my computer.

Have you tried plugging it to another USB port or another computer to isolate the issue? Is this happening on different applications?

I just got the Blackwidow Elite and the Mamba wireless and neither are being recognized by Synapse. Both my Ornata Chroma and my Basilisk showed up fine but neither of my newer devices show up even after uninstalling, reinstalling, and allowing full disk access. I'm on MacOS Mojave 10.14, and Synapse 1.85.2
