Razer Kraken Essential (jack)- Low audio quality and weak bass

Hello, I bought headphones a few days ago- Razer Kraken Essential with Jack entrance. And the problem is audio quality is weak, they are quiet as hell, the bass is also very bad.. I downloaded Razer Synapse etc but it's not even finding my Headset (I guess it's not USB, that's why). I also downloaded Razer Surround, it helps but just a lil bit. Any advices?

    Hi there. Sorry to hear about your Razer Kraken Essential's volume concern. Does the issue happen when using it to a different 3.5mm port on your PC or to a different PC/laptop? Does the issue replicate when connecting the headset on a mobile device such as a mobile phone or tablet? Are you using the Razer Surround Pro version as well?
