cortex does not play overwatch

hi everyone, i'm new here. when i open cortex to launch overwatch, booster starts and battle.net auto start, but overwatch does not playing. I have to start it in battle.net and after 1 hour playing i do not recive silvers...it's all ok or i have to do something? tnx and forgive my rusty english

You have to launch Overwatch by clicking on the play button in battle net. Cortex only launches the launcher since battle net only allows games to be launched from the main launcher. Dont worry about tracking, Cortex knows when the actual game launches after you click the play button. If the Silver wasn't being tracked you need to make sure Overwatch is detected in the games tab of Cortex. If you still have issues you can contact support by submitting a ticket.

thank you! I do exactly as you advised me, but I don't see silvers. I will open a ticket! just for my curiosity, after how long does it take silver to credit? do you even know how many there are? thank you so much

It should give you the silver instantly. You get a pop up saying you were awarded the silver.

Hi jarkos84, Only Razer Cortex SUPPORTED GAMES that appeared in Reward tab is eligible to earn Razer Silver on a daily basis. Receive 5 Silver for every minute of gameplay, with a maximum of 50 Silver each day. After each gameplay, you must go back to this page to manually CLAIM your rewards.

Am I tripping or how does your account balance show 999,999 Silver. Wasnt the limit 300,000?
