Paid to play in Razer Cortex Mobile

Hello, For some days, I have a problem with the Razer Cortex mobile app. When I launch a Paid to play game, I have a notification saying that the session was interrupted before the delay of 3 minutes. The exact message reads, in french: "Session interrompue - Jouez pendant 3 minutes consécutives pour gagner..." I can't get Silvers anymore... :( Thanks for your help!

I had the same problem, and none of those protentional causes was the problem for me. It only occurred after updating the app. Wifi/mobile data was working fine, background apps don't affect it etc. Sometimes clearing data and/or logging out and back in worked temporarily, but in the end I had to re-install the app.

Hi @Sye_The-Vie and thank you for the answer! It's still not working, even when I restart my phone. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. I'm using home wifi and mobile data (4G+).

Hi @N.McAvoy, Razer Cortex Mobile suffered some problem but it is now fixed. Be sure to update to the latest version and re-login. Alternatively, clean reinstall it and re-login back.

Hi @xCryptik, It's not solved, i just tried to see if i can earn points and its still the same issue. Idk about Caesar's slots who it was bringing most of the points, but none other games do work. Is there anyone who i should asked about it? Any advice? Thanks!

Hmm.. Mine works fine for now but maybe others still have issues as well. For those still have issues, let them know via email [email]googleplay.ca@razer.com[/email] for them to investigate further.

Strange, I earned all my silvers for today. Maybe this is a new issue, or just bad timing?~~~~ I do recall times when it just does not let you earn, but eventually it does get fixed. Hi @Sye_The-Vie, It's ok, i'll try some troubleshooting for now and maybe later i'll be able to get them. Thing is it seems no matter what i do i can't get the slots game to be available. Idk if its the same fot you guys too.

Ceasers still hasn't appeared for probably 5 days now. I think since I got the other games to work by reinstalling Cortex. One time it didn't appear in the paid to play section, but the Silver icon was showing on my games list. Edit: Support has told me that Ceasers is no longer a supported game.
