Hey guys, today i bought the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition. The problem is i can't hear surround sound by trying it in Razer Synapse. Also my mic only works good if I want to hear my own in Synapse but if i try a mic test anywhere it sounds bullshit.

Hello. Please make sure that the Kraken TE - Chat is set as the default communications device and Kraken TE - Game is set as the default device. As for the mic, have you tried using it with another device or PC?
