When i close a game, parkcontrol and ghub opens because of cortex, doesnt give me my fps chart.

With regards to your issue, could you let us know what game you were playing? For some games, the FPS-related features will cause potential performance issues. So, we disabled the FPS overlay feature in Razer Cortex in these games. 

Generally, when you launch a game, Razer Cortex will automatically cease the unnecessary processes in the background. While when you exit the game, Razer Cortex will restore these items. That may be the potential reason that parkcontrol and ghub open when you close the game. 

To resolve this, please go to GAME BOOSTER > BOOST> Processes and deselect these two items. Thus, when you gaming, Razer Cortex would not cease the processes and also will not open them when you exiting the game.
