Why Can't Razer Respond to my tickets/Messages

I got this issue not getting my points on the game i bought using Razer Gold & silver. I've been sending Tickets/Messages to Razer support and i'm waiting for a week still no answer is someone who can tell me what to do ? Thanks in advance
