Problems with chroma.

None of the effects on razer synapse 3 do what it says on my Razer blade 15. Every effect I attempt to use has a problem. For example, the reactive effect, reacts when I press a key but not how it is meant to. It lights up my whole keyboard instead of the one key. The ripple effect does the same but the keyboard goes through the different colors that I have set it to instead of the ripple effect. I have tried searching for this problem but I cannot find a solution to it. Please help, I really want to be able to use these effects properly.

    Hi there! Can you share a short video of the issue so we can take a closer look? Also, try to do a reinstall or repair of Synapse. Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks for the videos. Just to clarify, what is the exact model of your Blade 15? This behavior is normal for the Base model as it features a single-zone backlit keyboard. Please let me know if you have any questions.
