RazorX Chroma + VEGA64 + MacBookPro 2018 + PPro

Hello Folks, i hope you can help me! I have a strange issue... first - my ethernet is not working on the RazorX Chroma device - dont know why but i have to solve it. Maybe you know a command or a setup to make it work on OSX Mojave 10.14.5 second - the Software which i prefer to use with the EGPU is Adobe Premiere Pro CC (latest release) and if i render then i have just 30% of the egpu and 100% of the internal GPU usage! see attached picture So i tryed different Hardware Accelerations (OpenCL & Metal) but no difference at all... what is the problem - i want 100% to be rendered with the EGPU? Can somebody plz help me
