Error:Item Serial Number Is Unknown

So I bought a Razer Blackwidow X Tournament Edition Chroma a while ago. When I went to register the keyboard, it came up with "Error:Item Serial Number Is Unknown". I tried switching the "0" for an "O" but still nothing seems to be working. If anyone knows how to fix I would really appreciate the help. Thanks
