Razer Nari haptic feedback not working

Hi all, For some reason all of a sudden the haptic feedback on my razer nari ultimate has stopped working, I think it has happened since the last synapse update. also, the setting for adjusting mic sensitivity is not working either. Everything else seems to be working ok. I have tried reinstalling synapse and still no joy... Is this happening to anyone else?

    Hey@EndlessNameless, do you hear any strange or distorted sounds when the haptic feedback is supposed to function or is it completely dead?

    Hi mate, it was completely dead, but after about 4 uninstalls and reinstall of synapse all seems to be working at the moment. so it was obviously a software issue. this latest version of synapse has been a bit buggy

    Hi mate, it was completely dead, but after about 4 uninstalls and reinstall of synapse all seems to be working at the moment. so it was obviously a software issue. this latest version of synapse has been a bit buggy
    I'd take that as a good sign but should this ever reoccur, let me know so we can conduct a proper investigation.
