Basilisk Ultimate Wireless Scroll Wheel Issues

I've noticed since I got my new wireless mouse a few months ago, when I use the scroll wheel it will sometimes miss the first tick in either direction. I have to scroll up twice before it registers the motion, same scrolling down. It is an intermittent issue, but definitely noticeable in games and on tall web pages. The issues persists both wireless and plugged in. I've tried moving the mouse from USB 3.0 to 2.0, updating the drivers, blowing canned air into the wheel. Nothing seems to have worked. Is anyone else having a similar issue? Is there a fix I've overlooked?
