Can't charge brand new Razor Blade 15...

Hi all, Got my brand new Blade 15 (2019 Advanced model) today and it looks amazing. However, from the minute I got it, I couldn't charge it up and now that it has run out, I can't get it to turn back on. The power brick has a green status light so I know that is working but not sure why the laptop isn't receiving any charge. Is there any fix or support for this?

    It's rather difficult to test if this is a port, battery, or a power brick issue without a spare power brick. In any case, PM me the serial number of your RB15 so I can help you get sorted out.
