(Help) Ornata Chroma not working

Hello Support guys, I've been using a razer ornata chroma for almost a year now and I love it working fine until yesterday morning (21/04/2020). When I start up my computer it will automatically go on a wave chroma pattern w/c is not in sync with my other chroma accessories and the worst is that all key punches are not being registered. Pls help, I already try uninstallng and reinstalling synapse and still nothing. Tried to use it on a different computer and still nothing.
