Naga Trinity switching off during Game (sidepanel and lights not working)

Hi, i have a very annoying issue with my naga trinity. During playing WoW (in most other games i dont use the sidepanel) it stops working for a few seconds. When it happens the lights turn off and no sidepanel button is working anymore. The Mousebuttons on top and the wheel (+ wheel button) are still working. Sometimes it happens once per hour, but sometimes i've got this every minute! Did not have this with my two older Naga versions (both got the Issue that the mousewheel button was not working anymore) Is there anything I can do to fix this? It is very annoying and should not ha
