2 factor authentication not working?
Hi,
have any of you had problems changing your password or any of the personal info that is locked behind the 2-factor?
I want to reset my password, and the 2 factor authentication screen pops up. I type in the one time authentication code that is sent to my email, but nothing happens and the countdown continues to 0. There is no other button to submit the code or does the screen supposed to go away once I input the code? The screen remains, and the account remains locked. I've already raised a case with support. But wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else and what they did to resolve the issue.
