Razer Nari Ultimate microphone pics up output
Hi, I've had this headset since yesterday, I love the haptics, the general feel of the headset and the sound quality, which makes it so much more frustrating that the microphone is picking up output sound.
For example, if I'm playing LoL or Valorant while in Discord, the other people in the call will hear my sound, clearly enough to understand voice lines.
I've tried to install firmware updates, but it refuses to run the installer, tried on different PCs and the same exact problem. The installer launches, but won't progress past the initial screen, so I can't click continue. I have connected and reconnected both the dongle and the usb as well, nothing changed.

BrownieeeHey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Have you tested other audio with video conferencing programs to isolate the issue? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM together with your headset's serial number. Let's continue from there.
