Cant install synapse 3 - Server Access Unavailable

when i try to install razer synapse i get an error - Server Access Unavailable please check your internet connection, and i only have two options, retry which doesnt work and cancel installation. my internet is fine but i have no idea how to fix it, please help me

    It didnt work, but i solved it by turning off the ipv6 on my network properties, but thanks for trying to help!

    It didnt work, but i solved it by turning off the ipv6 on my network properties, but thanks for trying to help!
